During our work as consultants, we have been involved in the design of PABXs, SIP application servers and SIP based diallers.

The design is tailor made for the customer requirements and the design is often based on previous design of similar products. This reduces the design cycle and improves the overall quality.

We may highlight our experience within open source SIP components including OpenSIP, FreePBX, TrixBox, Asterisk and FreeSWITCH. Using these component, VoIP-systems can be made to handle specific telephony requirements:

• Receive calls, enter a IVR dialog with the caller and report back to the ERP-system
• Dispatch of calls to health personell, emergency personnel or other on-call resources
• Test calls from a large number of call generator in order to check the quality of the network
• Alignment of tele phone call routing and customer information routing
• Load test generators for stability improvements of telecommunications solutions based on open source components
